Health and Safety Conditions
When purchasing tickets for this event you acknowledge that, even with control measures in place at Riverstage events, there remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of viral illness including COVID-19 at an event at this time and you have considered that risk and your own personal circumstances, including any health condition or vulnerability that you may have or that of persons whom you will be in close contact with following your attendance at an event. You acknowledge that, for a number of people, COVID-19 has very serious health consequences. By attending an event you (and any persons who attend the event with you) acknowledge and accept these obvious risks.
You Are Subject to Lawful Requirements
- To meet legal or other regulatory obligations required of the Event Partner and Venue, you will be requested by the Event Partner, the Venue and its employees, agents or contractors to comply with lawful requirements including but not limited to the provision of personal or other contact information about yourself through the Check in Qld App or other approved electronic system on entry to an event for which you hold a ticket. By purchasing a ticket from Ticketmaster or using a ticket to gain entry into an event, you consent to such lawful requirements including registering your personal and other contact information about yourself through the Check in Qld App or other approved electronic system as a condition of entry and waive any related claims that may arise (to the extent permissible by law). If you withdraw your consent to such lawful requirements, including registering your contact information, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation.
- Account Holders may be required upon request to provide identifying details of Ticketholders for whom tickets were purchased from their account to Qld Health (or other relevant public health Authority) for the purposes of contact tracing. Account holders are to ensure they have sufficient identifying details of ticketholders when purchasing tickets on behalf of someone else and that the account holder has obtained the ticket holders consent to provide those details for contact tracing purposes if required.
- In cases where a ticket holder who purchased the ticket on-forwards their ticket by sale, by gift or otherwise, to a third party, the original ticket holder may be required upon request to provide identifying details of the third party to whom the ticket was sold, gifted or otherwise provided to Qld Health (or other relevant public health Authority) for the purposes of contact tracing. Original ticketholders are to ensure they have sufficient identifying details of the third party to whom the ticket was given and that the original ticket holder has obtained the third party's consent to provide those details for contact tracing purposes if required.
- Due to COVID-19, additional restrictions will apply at the venue. These Additional COVID-19 Venue Entry Conditions are set out in full on the TM website under "See Venue Information" and on the Brisbane City Council website. By attending an event you (and any persons who attend the event with you) acknowledge and accept that those Additional COVID-19 Venue Entry Conditions will apply.
