If an event is cancelled, typically no action is required to obtain a refund for the face value of each ticket. It will be processed to the original payment method used at time of purchase and should appear in your account within 14-21 business days. Different rules apply to tickets obtained through Ticket Transfer or Resale (and some others.) Refer to your email notification for your available options.
