How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets for Optus Stadium and Marvel Stadium can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster is the only authorised seller of Ed Sheeran tickets for Optus Stadium and Marvel Stadium. If you purchase through an unauthorised seller, purchases are made at your own risk.

What are the age restrictions?

Marvel Stadium

Marvel Stadium is a licensed all ages venue. All patrons must hold a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age.

Optus Stadium

Optus Stadium is a licensed all ages venue. Children 12 years and under will not be admitted without a parent or guardian (16 years or older) and must remain with them at all times. Access to General Admission areas of the Arena is recommended for patrons aged 15 years and over. All patrons must hold a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age.

Accessible tickets

Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Website, or by submitting a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre following these steps:

1. From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
2. Then select Ed Sheeran - Loop Tour as the event name.

Alternatively, you can call our Accessible Seating Line on 1300 446 925, available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm AEDT. Event entry requirements

This event has a lead booker policy in place, which requires that the holder of the card used to purchase the tickets, also known as the lead booker, will need to attend the event in person. 

Upon arrival at the show, you'll be required to present your ticket to scan into the venue. Your mobile ticket can be found in the Ticketmaster App, or you can add them to your mobile wallet. We recommend adding your ticket to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand, even without internet connection.

You'll be required to produce a valid form of photo ID that matches the name of the person who purchased the ticket. This name will be visible on each ticket.

Accepted forms of Photo ID are:

• Driver Licence or Learner Permit (from any country), including Digital Driver Licences
• Passport (from any country)
• KEYPASS Photo ID Card or Keypass in Digital ID
• Any other recognised Proof/Evidence of Age/Identity or Photo Card.

All acceptable forms of ID must be written in English or, if not written in English, then accompanied by an official English translation.

For a foreign Driver Licence not written in English, an International Driver Permit issued in the foreign country of origin, including a photo of the licence holder and translation should be presented.

Early Bird Onsale

The Early Bird Onsale will begin on Wednesday, 22^nd October 2025 at 12:00 pm AEDT, until Wednesday, 12th November 2025 at 12:00 pm AEDT. Only 3-day passes will be available to purchase. You can purchase up to 20 tickets during the Early Bird Onsale.

How do I purchase tickets?

When the waiting room open?

The waiting room will open 15 minutes before the Early Bird Onsale begins. When the Onsale begins, fans in the waiting room are assigned a spot in line. Once you reach the end of the queue you’ll be able to purchase tickets.

Will there be other ways to purchase tickets?

Hospitality tickets are available to purchase through the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix Website.

Limited Pit Lane Walks will be available to VIP Village™ Platinum and VIP Village™ Gold customers.

Are there pass outs/scan outs?

Yes, you can leave the venue and return on the same ticket. Please ensure you scan out of the venue so you can then scan back in upon re-entry.

Am I eligible to purchase a concession ticket?

To be eligible for Concession pricing, you’ll need to provide proof your status. AGPC will only accept the following cards as proof of concession:

• Government Issued Pensioners Card
• Valid Full-Time Student Card
• Health Care Card
• Veterans Affairs Card

Senior Cards are not an accepted form of Concession.

Do all kids go free?

Depending on your ticket type, kids may have free entry. To read more details, select each tab:

• Each Adult Island Pass ticket will provide free entry for up to four juniors aged 14 and under through the Kids Go Free Program. You can redeem the free Island Pass tickets by visiting the Ticketmaster Box Offices located outside Gates 1, 3 or 7 at the circuit with proof of an adult ticket purchase.

• Juniors over two years old who wish to occupy a Grandstand seat will need to purchase a Junior Grandstand ticket. Juniors under two years old are free on the knee in Grandstands. Access to a Grandstand without an associated Grandstand ticket will not be granted.

• Junior tickets are available in Hospitality suites. Please contact hospitality@grandprix.com.au.

Pass information

To learn more about your ticket options, select the relevant tab:

• The Island Pass will give you access to the circuit and vantage points around the event, but these options are a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be reserved.

   

  You can watch the race both on track and a super screen in these areas. You’re welcome to bring your own fold up chair to the event to set yourself up on the hill.

• A Grandstand Seat will have a guaranteed seat during the event, as well as to watch the track. Seats purchased last year are not held for repurchase in 2026.

   

  Do I need to purchase an Island Pass ticket in addition to a Grandstand ticket?

  
  No, an Island Pass ticket is not required to purchase in addition to a Grandstand ticket. A Grandstand Ticket will provide access to all the precincts throughout the circuit in addition to the reserved seat of your choice.

Event Extras

Collector Ticket
A Collector Ticket is a hard copy ticket that not only gets you into the event but also serves as a treasured keepsake to be kept well after the race is over. When available, you can find them by selecting Collector Ticket under the ticket type when choosing your tickets. They incur a $15 fee.

What do I need to know about Collector Tickets?

The delivery of your Collector Ticket will only include your ticket. Before scanning into the event, redeem the lanyard at the circuit from one of the Ticketmaster Box Offices located outside Gates 1, 3 or 7 on the event days.

Collector Tickets can only be delivered to fans with valid Australian postal addresses, so make sure your Ticketmaster Account details are up to date.

When will my Collector Tickets arrive?

Collector Tickets will be posted to fans in mid-September and are expected to arrive in early October to the Australian postal address listed on your Ticketmaster Account at the time of purchase. 

If you haven't received your tickets by Monday, 19^th October 2026, please submit a query to Fan Support and include your event name and Collector Tickets Not Arrived as the subject.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

If the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix 2026 is cancelled and can't be rescheduled within 2026, all paying ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund. Further information can be found online at the Attendance Conditions.

Important information for ticket sales

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
Yes, all children aged between 3-14 are required to purchase a junior ticket to the event. This includes Park Pass, Grandstand and Hospitality tickets.

How do Grandstands work on Thursday?
Thursday is a great opportunity to explore different Grandstands as all seats are unreserved. For 4-Day Grandstand ticket holders, Thursday offers General Admission seating. Reserved Grandstand seats are offered from Friday to Sunday.

What does Partial View mean?
There is a small range of tickets throughout the circuit that are flagged as partial view due to the railings of the grandstand or other unavoidable restrictions. All front-row seating is flagged as partial view due to the railing in front of you.

What is an Aisle Ticket?
In the grandstands, an aisle ticket is the first 4 seats from each aisle. This also includes seats at the back of an aisle. These tickets have a $25 fee, as they are either close to, or on an aisle, or they don’t have any seats in front of them. This applies to all grandstands.

Who qualifies as a Concession?
Fans holding a concession ticket must provide identification confirming their concession status at the time of entry. This will need to be with the fan at all times during the event. AGPC will only accept the following cards as proof of concession:

• Full Time Student Card (including International)
• Full Pensioner Concession Card
• Health Care Card
• Veterans Affairs Card

Senior Cards are not accepted as a form of concession.

If a fan purchases a concession ticket and is unable to show one of the above identifications upon entry to, or during the event, they may be refused entry or directed to leave the event.

Can I see more than one Grandstand on the seating map?
Yes, you will now be able to view multiple Grandstands at once. To enhance your experience, Grandstands will now be grouped by location. You’ll be able to easily explore nearby options, as well as your preferred Grandstand. The Grandstand groupings are as follows:

• Piastri, Fangio, Senna, Prost, and Schumacher Grandstands
• Brabham, Jones, Ricciardo, Hill, and American Express Grandstands
• Stewart, Button, and Clark Grandstands
• Waite, Vettel, Webber, and Lauda Grandstands

There will still be separate Interactive Seating Maps for each Grandstand grouping based on 4-Day, 2-Day, and Single Day ticket types.

What should I do if I can’t access my tickets at the event?
The Ticketmaster support team located outside each gate will be able to assist you on the day.

Who should I contact if I need help with tickets purchased through a third-party site?
Please reach out to your point of contact directly. AGPC-Authorised Agents are required to provide you with a refund on the same basis as AGPC would provide a refund under the Attendance Conditions.

We strongly recommend purchasing through an Authorised Agent. If you purchase through an unauthorised third-party company such as Viagogo or The Ticket Merchant, purchases are made at your own risk.

Accessible Tickets

Accessible tickets are available in all categories of tickets, including Hospitality, Grandstands, and Park Pass. Through the Ticketmaster Website, you can search for accessible tickets by selecting the Filters button and toggling Show accessible tickets.

Reserved accessible wheelchair seating is offered at Schumacher Grandstand, Jones Grandstand, and the Turn 12 Reserved Accessible Platform. There is also unreserved accessible wheelchair platforms located at Turn 2, Turn 4 and Turn 12.
