If you are following the instructions on how to print your tickets, and are still unable to print, there are a few potential reasons for this.
- There may be a printing delay on the tickets for the event you have booked.
For some events, tickets cannot be printed until a set date, either at the request of the promoters or due to circumstances beyond our control. If you are unable to print your tickets using the method above, a printing delay may be in place for your event - check our regularly updated information page to see if this applies to your event.
- You need to use a verification code in order to access your tickets.
For some events, you will be required to enter a verification code for added security when printing your tickets. The code is a 4 digit code emailed to the address linked to your MyTicketmaster account, from noreply@security.ticketmaster.com.au. If you haven't received the code to print your tickets, please check the following places:

spam folder
promotional folder
clutter folder
deleted folder

- You may not have a PDF reader installed.
You will need a PDF reader to view the file containing your tickets. You can install a free PDF reader here.
- There could be a problem with your printing hardware or connection.
If you are able to see the PDF file containing your tickets on your device, but the file isn't printing when you select "print", there may be an issue with the connection between your device and your printer, or there may be a problem with the printer itself.
- You may not have selected a Print-at-Home option when purchasing your tickets.
If you purchased online and selected a print-at-home option, you should be able to see your booking in your Order Page, with a button to press to print tickets. If you can't see a print button, and your event is not listed in the print delay list (linked above), you may have selected a mail or venue collection delivery option. Feel free to contact our customer service team if you are unsure about the delivery option you have selected, or you need to change your delivery option.
If none of these circumstances apply to you, and you are still having difficulty printing your tickets, please contact our customer service team who will assist with your order.

Ticket Forward lets you send tickets to friends before the event, straight from your Ticketmaster account to theirs. No more driving around town handing out tickets or waiting outside the venue for the friend who’s always late! Ticket Forward is convenient, simple and free and can be done on your desktop or mobile device.
To be eligible you must have signed up to become a My Ticketmaster member on our website (www.ticketmaster.com.au) and select to receive "Special Event Related Offers" and Ticket Alerts for the appropriate Category of Interest or Artist. Generally registration is required to be completed at least two weeks prior to the announcement of the presale.
E-mails containing the codeword are generally only sent out in the hours leading up to the start of the pre-sale.On some occasions, the email is delayed until just before the start of the pre-sale. In these cases, the codeword may be posted here. To find this, search for the name of the event you are interested.

Please note that some pre-sales are not for My Ticketmaster members. In these circumstances you will need to contact the relevant pre-sale organiser to gain access to the offer.
- Regular Mail: up to five working days (10 working days for International bookings)
- Registered Mail: up to ten working days (15 working days for International bookings)
- Express Post: up to three working days
For some events, the postage of tickets is delayed, either at the request of the promoters or due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a large-scale delay of tickets, we will publish updated information through this service.
If there is no information about your event at the above link, it may be that your tickets have been delayed in the post. If they have not arrived one week prior to your event, please contact us using the "Contact Us" link above, and completing the enquiry form. From there, our customer support team will look into issuing replacement tickets for you.
Please note that Ticketmaster can not guarantee replacement tickets for every event, as per our Purchase Policy.
My event's been rescheduled – will I get new tickets?
If tickets have already been sent out when the event's been rescheduled, they'll usually be valid for the new date. The change affects everyone who booked, so you're all in the same boat and the venue know to expect it. There's sometimes the odd occasion where the original tickets won't be accepted, but we'll always be sure to let you know if that's the case. We will make contact with all of our customers to advise what they'll need to do.

- Arrested Development at The Forum on the 13th November has changed venues to 170 Russell.

- Charles Aznavour at Festival Hall on 7th October has been postponed. New date TBA.
- Liam Gallagher at The Forum on the 5th January will now take place at Festival Hall.
- Peter Andre at Crown Theatre on the 26th November has been cancelled.
To be eligible you must have signed up to become a My Ticketmaster Member on our website (www.ticketmaster.com.au) and select to receive "Special Event Related Offers" and the applicable "Category of Interest" or "Performer Alert". Registration is required to be completed at least 48 hours prior to the announcement of the presale.
Once the presale is announced an email is sent to eligible My Ticketmaster members advising of the date tickets will be released and the password or link you need to access them. This password is different to your log-in password and is unique to each presale.
When the tickets are released you'll be able to access them on the Ticketmaster website.
For cancelled events purchases made either online or via our Contact Centre are automatically refunded to the credit card used to purchase the tickets. This usually occurs within a week of the event being cancelled. If that card is no longer valid, the refund will be processed by cheque. In this case we will confirm a suitable mailing address with you.
If the credit card used in the purchase is no longer valid please follow the "Contact Us" link above, complete the enquiry form and one of our representatives will arrange for an alternate method of providing a refund.
If your tickets were purchased through a Ticketmaster Outlet you will need to return your tickets to that outlet to obtain a refund.
Some events will have different refund policies to that listed above, in these instances customers will be advised accordingly.
