Important information for ticket sales

Where and when is the game?

The NFL 2026 Melbourne Game will be held at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Friday, 11th September 2026 with a 10:35 am AEST kick-off. 

How many tickets can I purchase per transaction?

• General Access: up to 6 tickets per transaction. 
• Hospitality: up to 10 tickets per transaction.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child? 
Yes. Children under two years of age are generally admitted free to the MCG, provided they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. If a Reserved seat is required for a child under two, a valid ticket must be purchased. All children aged 2 years and older must have a valid ticket.

What does Restricted View mean? 
There is a small range of tickets at the venue that are flagged as Restricted View due to the angle of the seats, or other unavoidable restrictions. 

Will there be seats with weather protection?

As this venue has an open roof it's considered an outdoor event. There may be areas in the stadium that are covered by the overhang of the level above, but weather protection isn't guaranteed.

Are there travel and accommodation packages?

Yes, Ticket + Hotel packages are available through Sportsnet Holidays, combining your game ticket with accommodation.

Packages will be available to purchase from Monday, 6th of April at 10:00 am AEST. To view available options visit the Sportsnet website.

What is the difference between General Access and Hospitality?

General Access

• General Access is an allocated seat only. 
• Standing room start from $95 per person.
• General Tickets start from $140 per person.

Hospitality

• Hospitality includes a premium seat, as well as food and beverage at one of the MCG's iconic hospitality venues. 
• Hospitality packages start from $1,600 per person.

Will there be fan events?

Fan events and activation's surrounding the NFL Melbourne game will be announced at a later date.

Hospitality Packages

When do Hospitality Packages go on sale?

The Hospitality General Sale begins on Tuesday, 7th April 2026 at 10:00 am AEST. The ticket limit is 10, including any Companion Card tickets.

Accessing your mobile tickets

You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organiser will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, approximately one month prior. You’ll see your order but won't have access to the ticket barcode until this time.

I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?

General Public Onsale

Tickets for the MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Australia 2026 will go on sale on Tuesday, 26th May 2026 at 12:00 pm AEST for all ticket types:

• Grandstand.
• Clubhouse.

• Island Pass.
• Campgrounds.

The ticket limit is 20.

How do I purchase tickets? 

To access the MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Australia 2026 General Public Onsale, visit the relevant event page based on your purchase preference:

• MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Australia tickets.

The Waiting Room will open 15 minutes before the General Public Onsale begins at 11:45 am AEST. When the sale begins, fans in the Waiting Room will be randomly assigned a spot in the queue. What is an Aisle Ticket? 

Aisle seats are the closest 4 seats to each aisle. This is also reflected in the seats at the back of an aisle which do not have any seats in front of them. These tickets have a $15 fee, as they are either close to, or on an aisle, or they don’t have any seats in front of them. This applies to all grandstands.

Are there pass outs/scan outs?

Yes, you can leave the venue and return on the same ticket. Please ensure you scan out of the venue so you can scan back in upon re-entry.

Am I eligible to purchase a concession ticket?

To be eligible for Concession pricing, you’ll need to provide proof your status. Only the following cards will be accepted as proof of concession:

• Government Issued Pensioners Card
• Valid Full-Time Student Card
• Health Care Card
• Veterans Affairs Card

Senior Cards are not an accepted form of Concession.

Do all kids go free?

Depending on your ticket type, kids may have free entry. To read more details, select each tab:

• Each Adult Island Pass ticket will provide free entry for up to four juniors aged 14 and under through the Kids Go Free Program. You can redeem the free Island Pass tickets by visiting the Ticketmaster Box Offices located outside Gates 1, 3 or 7 at the circuit with proof of an adult ticket purchase.

• Children aged 3 – 14 years who wish to occupy a Grandstand seat will need to purchase a Junior Grandstand ticket. Juniors aged two years old and under are free on the knee in Grandstands. Access to a Grandstand without an associated Grandstand ticket will not be granted.

• Children aged 3 – 14 years who wish to access the Clubhouse will need to purchase a Junior Clubhouse ticket. Juniors aged two years old and under do not require a ticket. Access to the Clubhouse without an associated Clubhouse ticket will not be granted.

• Children aged 3 – 14 years who wish to access the Trackside Club will need to purchase a Junior Trackside Club ticket. Juniors aged two years old and under do not require a ticket. Access to the Trackside Club without an associated Trackside Club ticket will not be granted.

Who should I contact if I need help with tickets purchased through a third-party site?
Please reach out to your point of contact directly. We strongly recommend purchasing through an Authorised Agent. If you purchase through an unauthorised third-party company such as Viagogo or The Ticket Merchant, purchases are made at your own risk.

Collector Tickets

A Collector Ticket is a hard copy ticket that not only gets you into the event but also serves as a treasured keepsake to be kept well after the race is over. When available, you can find them by selecting Collector Ticket under the ticket type when choosing your tickets. They incur a $15 fee per ticket.

What do I need to know about Collector Tickets?

The delivery of your Collector Ticket will only include your ticket. Before scanning into the event, redeem the lanyard at the circuit from one of the Ticketmaster Box Offices located outside Gates 1, 3 or 7 on the event days.

Collector Tickets can only be delivered to fans with valid Australian postal addresses, so make sure your Ticketmaster Account details are up to date. You can check these in the Profile Details section of your account.

When will my Collector Tickets arrive?

Collector Tickets will be posted to fans in mid-September and are expected to arrive in early October to the Australian postal address listed on your Ticketmaster Account at the time of purchase. 

If you haven't received your tickets by Monday, 19^th October 2026, please submit a request to Fan Support and include your Collector Tickets Not Arrived as the subject.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

If the MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Australia 2026 is cancelled and can't be rescheduled within 2026, all paying ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund. Further information can be found outlined in the Event Attendance Conditions.

To access The Jungle Zone, a premium viewing concert area at GUNS N’ ROSES, you'll need to either upgrade your ticket to a premium viewing area or purchase a separate ticket to access the premium viewing concert area.

How can I upgrade my existing bp Adelaide Grand Final ticket to include access to the premium viewing concert area for GUNS N’ ROSES?

Transferring or selling your tickets

Melbourne and Sydney

Harry Styles will perform 3 shows at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, and 2 shows at Accor Stadium in Sydney. Age restrictions may apply, so visit the official Marvel Stadium and Accor Stadium websites to learn more.

Accessible tickets

Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Website, or by submitting a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre following these steps:

1. From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
2. Then select Harry Styles: Together, Together as the event name.

Alternatively, you can call our Accessible Booking Line on 1300 446 925, available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm AEST. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible tickets will vary by venue. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.

Ticket Delivery 

Tickets for these shows will be mobile-only. To access your tickets for entry you must download the Ticketmaster App or add your tickets directly to your mobile wallet.

I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?

It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.

MELBOURNE - MARVEL STADIUM 

This concert is a Licensed All Ages event, and every patron regardless of age must hold a valid ticket. Access to General Admission areas on the Arena is recommended for patrons aged 15 years and over. 

SYDNEY - ACCOR STADIUM

This concert is a Licensed All Ages event, and every patron regardless of age must hold a valid ticket. General Admission standing areas are recommended for patrons aged 15 years and over. Sight-lines may be affected by other patrons standing, and the area may not be suitable for younger children. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (18+) and remain under their direct supervision while in the General Admission area.
