If an event has been postponed, it means the Event Organiser is still working to determine whether the event will be rescheduled or cancelled. Your tickets are still valid and no further action is required.

When the Event Organiser cancels or reschedules the event, we’ll notify you of the new status and explain your options. If refunds are available and you choose this option, we’ll process it to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. It should appear in your account within 14-21 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Refund policies are determined by the Event Organisers on an event-by-event basis and may be subject to their limitations.
