If an event is rescheduled or moved, your tickets are valid for the new date - you won’t need to do anything else. You can check your event’s status on our Event Status Updates page.
In some instances, the Event Organiser may give you the option to request a refund. If refunds are available and you choose this option we’ll process a refund to the original payment method used at time of purchase. It should appear in your account within 14-21 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
If you’ve bought Resale tickets for the rescheduled event, we’ll contact you with instructions on what to do next.
If you purchased tickets at a Box Office to an event that has now been rescheduled, we'll contact you through the email address associated with your Ticketmaster Account. If you don't have an account, contact Fan Support.
Refund policies are determined by the Event Organisers on an event-by-event basis and may be subject to their limitations.
