This symbol means a ticket is being sold by another fan and is available for you to buy. The process of buying it is exactly the same as when you buy a new ticket. We verify every ticket sold on Resale, so the ticket and seat you buy is the ticket you get.
Ticket availability can change, so if the tickets you want aren't shown or the amount of tickets you’d like isn't available, you may want to try closer to the event in case more tickets may be listed.
How can I pay for resale tickets?
You can currently pay for resale tickets using Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
Unfortunately, we can't accept PayPal, Afterpay or Ticketmaster Gift Cards at the moment but keep an eye out for further updates.
What is the handling fee?
Our handling fee and the Resale Seller Fee for Resale Tickets covers the secure transfer of the ticket from the seller to you.
Why can I only buy a certain number of Resale tickets?
Resale listings are shown on our seat maps as pink dots. The full number of seats listed is always shown, even if some of those seats have been sold, so you may not be able to buy them all.
If you require more seats, you'll need to select from a different range of available seats.
You’ll be able to select the maximum number of seats available on the seat selection page. If this number is less than the number of seats on the map, then some of the listing is in the process of being sold and you won't be able to go back and purchase more seats from that range.
Why do my standing tickets have a row and seat number?
We have to give all standing, also known as General Admission, tickets a number for our system. Unless the event you have booked for has multiple standing sections, the numbers don’t usually refer to any specific standing or seating location.
The information on the ticket or booking confirmation will look like this: Row GA0, Seats 1 and 2.
Why am I paying more than face value for Resale tickets?
The prices of tickets listed as Resale tickets are set by their sellers. It’s up to the seller to list their tickets for a total price (inclusive of the resale seller fee) that is capped at 110% of the original price they paid, exclusive of booking fees – or at a lower price. We always show the original face value during the checkout process, so there aren’t any hidden costs.
What does my order status mean?
The status describes where your tickets are in the order process and is updated to either:
- Pending info, which means your order is undergoing security checks.
- Awaiting shipment, which means your order has been accepted and your payment has been received. Once the seller has the tickets from their place of purchase, they’ll be posted to you.
- Tickets shipped/Tickets delivered, which means your tickets are on their way and should be with you shortly.
Why does my resale ticket have someone else's name on it?
When you buy a resale ticket, we do our best to reissue them in your name. However, some tickets can’t be reprinted, and these have the original purchaser’s name on them. You’ll still be able to get into the event as we inform the venue that the tickets have been sold to you.
