- Force close the Ticketmaster App
Please contact Fan Support if you can no longer access your account. To update your email address, you'll be rquired tocomplete a security check.

If the issues listed don't describe your circumstance and you still can't access your account, you'll need to create a new account using a valid email address that is not already associated with a Ticketmaster Account.
