For some events, your mobile barcodes may have a delivery delay as an added security feature. You’ll be able to access the ticket barcodes typically within 3-7 days before your event. During high volume sales, confirmation emails may be slightly delayed.
If you can’t see your barcode:
- Make sure your Ticketmaster App is updated to the latest version.
- Add your tickets to your mobile wallet.
- Check that you’re signed in to the same account used to purchase the tickets.
If you haven’t received your tickets or still can't see a ticket barcode two days before the event, contact Fan Support.
