The Ticketmaster confirmation email is sent to the email you supplied during your booking, up to 72 hours after purchasing your tickets. If you haven’t received an email confirmation please check the email that you have registered with us is the correct email address. Please also check your junk or spam folder to ensure that your email provider hasn’t misfiled the email. Your payment to us will also appear on your card statement as pending charges after the booking has been processed.
If you cannot find confirmation of your booking through these avenues, you are able to confirm your booking by following these steps:
1. Sign into your My Account.
2. If you have booked online, your order will appear here. Click "print receipt" to see your order details.
3. If your order does not appear, don’t panic, some events are booked through our partner sites and won’t appear in your account, please contact us, here.
