To view your online order’s receipt or confirmation number, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Find your order in My Tickets.
- Next to your order number, select View Order Receipt. Receipts are unavailable on our app or for events that took place more than 90 days in the past.
Any bookings made over the phone won’t show in your online account. If you haven’t received your confirmation, contact Fan Support.
During high volume sales, confirmation emails may be slightly delayed.
Purchased tickets to a sporting event? Try checking through your team’s account. Visit am.ticketmaster.com, search for your team or venue and sign in.
If you don't see the order you're looking for, you may have used a different account to purchase your tickets.
