To view your tax invoice or order receipt, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account through the Ticketmaster Website. If you access your account through the Ticketmaster App, you’ll be redirected to the website. Receipts are unavailable for events that took place more than 90 days in the past.
- Find your order in My Tickets and select View Tickets.
- Next to your order number, select View Order Receipt.
I can't find my order in my Ticketmaster Account, what should I do?
- If you made a booking over the phone, Outlet, or Box Office, the order may not appear in your account depending on the delivery method. You should’ve received your order confirmation sent to the email address associated with your account. If you haven’t received this, contact Fan Support. During high volume sales, confirmation emails may be slightly delayed.
- If you purchased membership tickets to a sporting event, try checking through your club's account. Visit am.ticketmaster.com, search for your club and sign in.
If you don't see the order you're looking for, you may have used a different account to purchase your tickets.
