Ticketmaster offers several different delivery options so that you can receive your tickets in a way that is most convenient for you. Please note that available delivery options vary between events, and some delivery options may not be available for certain events.

Print-at-Home Tickets
These tickets are available as a PDF ticket with a barcode. They are available by logging in to your MyTicketmaster account on your web browser and navigating to your Orders page. From here, you can view and print your tickets. These tickets must be printed and taken to your event for admission. There is no charge for this delivery option.
Mobile Tickets
These tickets are available as a QR Coded Ticket from your mobile device. You can access them via the "My Events" tab in your Ticketmaster App, or by clicking the "Order Detail" link in your confirmation email from your mobile device. Alternatively you can log into your MyTicketmaster account on your mobile browser to access your QR code. You can present these tickets on your device for scanning at your event, without needing to print them off. By turning up the brightness on your phone screen you'll be able to scan your ticket quickly and easily, getting you into the venue faster. There is no charge for mobile tickets. eTickets (Mobile, Print-at-Home)
These tickets give you a choice in how you receive your tickets. You can either receive them as Mobile Ticket via the Ticketmaster App, or as a Print-at-Home ticket via your MyTicketmaster account in your web browser.
Collector Tickets
Hardcopy, souvenir tickets will be sent to you via Registered Post. The delivery time varies depending on the event, and most collector tickets will be received from four weeks prior to the event. There is an additional cost associated with this option.
Outlet Pickup
Collect your hardcopy tickets at any Ticketmaster Outlet. The cardholder must collect their booking and present their photo ID, credit/debit card used for the booking, and their account number. Tickets are available from outlets 24 hours after booking until a business day prior to the event. No additional charge applies.
Venue Pickup
Collect your hardcopy tickets at the venue on the day of your event. For most events, the venue box office is open for ticket collection one hour before the event. For more sporting events, the box office is open two hours before the event. No additional charge applies for this delivery method.
