Presales give fans the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general sale. Depending on the type of presale, you may need to sign up to join the presale or get a code to access the ticket sale.
Ticketmaster or Live Nation Presale
Create a Ticketmaster account and favourite all the artists, performers, teams and venues that you love, so we can notify you by email about upcoming presales. App favourites don’t generate presale emails.
If you have a Live Nation account, you'll receive email alerts about some upcoming Live Nation presales. You can use the same sign-in details from your Ticketmaster account to sign into Live Nation. Links will also be emailed out directly from Live Nation.
Venue Presale
If you sign up to their mailing list, some venues will hold their own presales. They’ll email you a direct link to the presale.
Label Presale
This is usually a presale that can be accessed by pre-ordering merchandise from the bands/record labels online stores. If there is a presale code involved, this will normally be sent directly from the band's label.
If you have any issues with these codes, locate the label’s contact info in the original email sent out.
If an artist has a fan club, they may invite fan club members to join presales.
You can join the fan club from the artist’s official fan club site. Look for your activation email in 7-10 business days (unless otherwise noted).
What should I do if my code isn’t working?
Fan club presale codes are case sensitive, so be sure to enter your code exactly as it appears from the fan club! If you still get an incorrect code error, contact the fan club. A code doesn't guarantee a ticket — they could have sold out already!
