We may be able to change the ticket delivery method depending on the original delivery method you selected and how long ago the tickets were purchased.
To see if you can change your delivery method, contact Fan Support by following the steps below:
- Sign into your My Account.
- Find your order in the My Tickets section or My Events in the app.
- Select the Chat icon.
If you have an eTicket, you'll have access to Print-at-Home or mobile tickets in your account. We can’t change this ticket type to post or collection.
