If you select these delivery options you can either collect your tickets from any Ticketmaster outlet or on the event day from the venue box office. Tickets are available from outlets 24 hours after booking until a business day prior to the event. View our full list of outlet locations for more information.
Some events do not have venue collection available. If this applies to your event the option for venue collection will not be available at the time of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: All Venue and Outlet Pickups tickets must be collected and personally signed for by the credit card holder who is the only person authorised to collect tickets. For identification purposes the credit card holder must present personal ID, the credit card which was used when purchasing the tickets and the account confirmation number.
If you have lost the credit/debit card originally used in the purchase and have selected to collect your tickets either from a Ticketmaster Outlet or the venue you will need to obtain a bank credit card statement which shows the old credit card number and the name and address of credit card holder. The statement does not need to contain the purchase details.
