For some events, you may be able to pick up your tickets from the venue or from a Ticketmaster outlet.
Collecting your tickets
When will my tickets be ready to collect?
Tickets are available from outlets 24 hours after booking until a business day prior to the event.
Where do I collect my tickets?
If you're collecting your tickets at the venue, they'll be available at the box office, which opens one hour prior to the event. Fans that are picking up tickets from a Ticketmaster outlet can use our full list of outlet locations for more information.
What should I take to collect my tickets?
You'll need to take the card you used to book the tickets and your booking reference number; you may also be asked to sign for them.
You’ll typically need the following items to collect your tickets:
- Photo ID
- Order number
- The credit card used to purchase the tickets
For most events, the venue box office is open for ticket collection one hour before the event. For sporting events, the box office is open two hours before the event.
If you have lost the card originally used in the purchase, you'll need to obtain a bank credit card statement that shows the old credit card number and the name and address of cardholder. The statement doesn't need to contain the purchase details.
Ticket collection for non-cardholders
Can someone else collect my tickets?
If the card holder is not attending, some venues will allow someone else to collect the tickets if they can provide the following:
- A copy of the original purchaser’s ID
- A photo of the card used for purchase. Ensure to only display the last four digits of the card number.
- The attendees ID
- The Letter of Authority completed by the original purchaser.
