Artists, promoters, sports leagues, or teams decide how they want to sell their tickets on Ticketmaster’s marketplace. When you're purchasing tickets, we'll always give you a clear breakdown of exactly what fees are involved.
What fees are included?
Primary Tickets
For Primary Tickets- tickets sold to you by us directly from the event organiser, any fee calculated per ticket or as a percentage of a ticket price are now included in the price of the ticket and not separately listed.
Any fee calculated per order is added separately.
What do different fees mean?
Fees and charges vary per event, so please check the fees applicable to your event on the event page.
Handling Fee: Tickets purchased on the site are typically subject to a per-order handling fee that applies to tickets purchased over the phone and online. This doesn't apply to in person box office purchases.
This is a fee for Ticketmaster’s services and includes the cost of providing a safe and secure ticket-buying experience. It also covers the equipment and support we provide presenters, promoters, teams and venues with, helping them to manage their box office and seamlessly get everyone into the venue on event day. Handling fees vary depending on the event and are agreed between the relevant event partner and Ticketmaster.
Delivery Fees: Delivery methods and the applicable fee for each option can vary from event to event. The relevant delivery fee is charged per-order and depends on which delivery options are available and selected by you at checkout. For most events, tickets are mobile and delivered directly to your Ticketmaster Account for free, so your phone is your ticket.
