Print-at-Home is the most convenient way of receiving your tickets. When you select Print-at-Home as your delivery method during purchase, you'll receive one confirmation email with a link to your ticket(s). Your Print-at-Home tickets will be available for web pickup by logging in.
Will this ticket be accepted for entry into the event?
The ticket that is printed through your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket. Make sure you keep it in a safe place like you would cash, and protect it just like you would any other ticket. Scroll down the page to see what your printed Print-at-Home ticket should look like.
What if I print more than one copy of my ticket or a photocopy is made?
Only the first scan of the bar-code on your ticket will be allowed entry. If more than one copy were to arrive, the attendant will be notified that the ticket has already been scanned. If there is a dispute, the purchaser's name is on each ticket. Be sure to never post pictures of your bar-coded ticket online.
If I order multiple tickets for multiple events, how many emails will I get?
A. You will receive one confirmation email with a link to access your tickets for each transaction. Simply log into your My Ticketmaster account and click the View & Print button on your Order Detail page. Each event will have its own View & Print button.
