How do I unsubscribe from Ticketmaster emails?

You have a few options to unsubscribe to our emails.

To update your preferences, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your My Account.
2. Under the My Settings section, select Manage Alerts.
3. Select your alerts by checking the boxes.

To unsubscribe within your inbox, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email alert you received. You can also submit an unsubscribe request through our portal.

You may still receive emails from those who provide events (e.g., venues, teams, artists, Event Organisers and leagues) to whom Ticketmaster provides your email address as described in the Ticketmaster Privacy Policy.
