A collector ticket is a souvenir, 3D-style ticket which admits the holder to the event and serves as a treasured keepsake to be kept well after the event.
How do I buy a collector ticket?
Collector tickets are available for selected events and can be purchased through the normal purchase processes - just be sure to check the Collector Ticket box under Ticket Type when selecting your tickets.
When will I receive my tickets?
Collector tickets are delivered to fans with an Australian address approximately a month prior to the event by courier or post, and cannot be sent as Print-at-Home or Mobile Tickets, or collected from outlets or the venue.
If you don’t receive your collector tickets in time for the show or have any issues at all, contact Fan Support or visit the box office with your order number and valid photo ID.
