Why do you request my information when I'm making an enquiry?

We verify the card holder's name, billing address, phone number and last four digits of the card used for the booking to protect our fans' information. By ensuring the details match the information provided at the time of booking, we can reasonably protect the security of our fans’ personal information and accounts and to otherwise prevent and/or detect unlawful behaviour as required by the Australian Privacy Principles.
