Yes, it’s very secure. With PayPal, your credit or debit card numbers are never shared or transmitted with payment.

How do I use PayPal at checkout?
To use PayPal to purchase tickets, follow these steps:
- During checkout, select PayPal if available.
- You’ll then be connected to PayPal where you can sign in and complete the transaction.
- Once completed, you’ll be automatically returned to Ticketmaster to finish purchasing the ticket(s).
Sometimes you need a specific card to buy certain tickets. For these sales, PayPal won’t be offered as a payment method.
Why don’t I see PayPal as a payment option when I buy online?
PayPal is offered on all events when choosing the following delivery methods: eTicket, Print-at-Home, Mobile, all other Mail options.
If you have chosen a delivery method that requires a credit card as proof of purchase for ticket collection, such as Outlet or Venue Pick Up, then PayPal is not offered.
Can I use PayPal with other forms of payment such as gift cards?
Yes, you can combine PayPal with gift cards. At checkout, you'll redeem your gift card first and then use PayPal to pay the remaining balance of your transaction.
After your PayPal purchase
Will I get a confirmation for my transaction?
Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email from PayPal confirming your payment has processed.
What if my event is cancelled or rescheduled and needs to be refunded?
Your refund will be processed back to the card linked to your PayPal account. If the card or account you used through PayPal is no longer in use then PayPal will place the funds in your PayPal wallet.
