Your Added Value Pass provides you with a voucher that can be redeemed with vendors at your event. If you're transferring tickets, you'll need to do so before gates open. Before your event, you'll receive an email with this information sent to the email address used for purchase.
To access your Added Value Pass, download the Ticketmaster App and follow these steps:
- Open your Ticketmaster App, and sign into your Ticketmaster Account. Before your event, we recommend updating to the latest version of the app to easily access to your Added Value Pass.
- Tap My Tickets and select your Victoria Racing Club event order.
- Tap View Tickets to access your entry tickets.
- Navigate to the Voucher tab to view your Added Value Pass which includes your QR code.
- When you go to pay, show vendor staff your QR code and they'll scan this to make payment.
If you run into issues accessing your Added Value Pass at your event, please visit our team at the internal Hill Gate Box Office. They'll provide you a hard copy ticket to use at your event.
