How do I add a payment method to my Ticketmaster Account?

We’re constantly working to make your experience easier, smoother, and more secure. With that in mind, we’ve improved our checkout process!

As part of this update, you’ll need to add your preferred payment method to your Ticketmaster Account. This is a one-time step that ensures a faster and seamless purchase experience.

In line with this update, any existing saved payment methods have been removed. If you've previously added a payment method to your Ticketmaster Account, you'll need to re-add this.

How do I add my payment method?

To add your payment method to your Ticketmaster Account, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account from your Ticketmaster App or mobile web. 
2. Select My Account, then select Payment Information.
3. Select Add Payment Method and enter your payment method details.
4. If you'd like to add another payment method you'll need to follow the steps again.

For a smoother checkout process we recommend adding your payment method before you plan to purchase. You can add your payment details during your next purchase.

• Yes. If you're wanting to purchase using a debit or credit card, you'll need to add a payment method to your Ticketmaster Account. You only need to do this once.

• No, but we recommend that you do. Adding your payment details in advance means faster purchases and a better ticket-buying experience. You can add your payment method during your next purchase.

• Yes, you can update or remove your payment method anytime in your Ticketmaster Account. To do this follow these steps:

  1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account from your Ticketmaster App or mobile web. 
  2. Select My Account, then select Payment Information.
  3. Select Add Payment Method if you're wanting to add a new payment method. Select Edit Payment Method if you're wanting to update an existing payment method.

• Yes. You can choose from any of your saved payment methods or add a new one at checkout. You can also pay using PayPal, Afterpay, Gift Card, or Apple Pay on select events and browsers.
