Tracking is unavailable for Collector Tickets shipped through Registered Post. When we’ve posted your tickets, we’ll send you a confirmation email. The delivery time varies depending on the event, and most collector tickets will be received from four weeks prior to the event. There is an additional cost associated with this option.
If you haven’t received your collector tickets within one week prior to your event, please contact Fan Support. Include your event name and Collector Tickets Not Arrived as the subject.
Ticket delivery by post is only available for Collector Tickets.
