Our goal is for you to have your Collector Tickets in the mailbox by one week before your event. If there’s a delivery delay on your event, tickets may take longer to print and post.
If it's one week or less before your event and you're still waiting for your Collector Tickets, contact Fan Support so we can arrange an alternative delivery method.
If we’ve changed the delivery method of your tickets, the tickets will have new barcodes. If your old tickets arrive in time, they won’t grant you entry into the event after we’ve changed the delivery method.
