If you haven't received your tickets, please submit a request through our Help Centre to change your ticket delivery method, if applicable.
You can also collect your tickets by visiting the venue Box Office which opens one hour prior to the event.
You’ll need the following items to collect your tickets:
- Photo ID. Only the account holder is authorised for Venue Pick Up unless you have made previous arrangements. If you need to arrange a Letter of Authority, contact us.
- Order number.
- The credit card used to purchase the tickets.
