How do I access the Frontier Member Presale?
Frontier Members will be sent an email containing their link and unique code to shop ahead of the Presale commencing. Become a member by signing up at frontiertouring.com.
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
Accessible tickets
Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Website, or by submitting a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre following these steps:
- From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
- Then select Robbie Williams - BRITPOP WORLD TOUR as the event name.
Alternatively, you can call our Accessible Booking Line on 1300 446 925, available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm AEDT. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible tickets will vary by venue. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.

VIP Packages & Event Extras
Robbie Williams is offering several VIP experiences. You can find the full details when you pick your tickets by selecting Filters and checking the box next to the star icon. The VIP details page may not appear if the packages have sold out. VIP Package items are subject to change by the Event Organiser.
All merchandise, VIP package elements, memberships, and Secure Tickets originally purchased or included with the ticket are not transferable. Secure Tickets will not apply to transferred tickets.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organiser will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but won't have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue. For more information, visit our help articles for adding tickets to your Apple Wallet, or Google Wallet.
I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.
If your event is within three days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.

All venues
All patrons must hold a valid ticket regardless of age.
General Admission Standing Areas are standing room only areas. Sight lines may be affected by other patrons standing and may not be suitable for children.
McDonald Jones Stadium
This is an all-ages event. Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, 18 years of age or over.
General Admission standing areas are recommended for fans aged 15 years and over.
Children must remain under the direct supervision of their parent or guardian while in the General Admission area.

Accor Stadium
This is an all-ages event. Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, 18 years of age or over.
