Registration Sale information
When do tickets go on sale for KATSEYE?
The Registration Sale begins on Tuesday, 5th May 2026 at 10:00 am AEST. There is a ticket limit of 2 tickets per person.
How do I sign up for the Registration Sale?
To access this sale you'll need to register by Friday, 1st May 2026 at 5:00 pm AEST.
Here are a few things to know before registering:
- The email address used to register must match the email associated with your Ticketmaster Account. If they don't match, you won’t be able to join the queue. To update the email address associated with your Ticketmaster Account, sign in and head to your Profile Details.
- You'll need to have a Ticketmaster Account to access the sale. If you don't have one, please create an account before registering.
- To access the sale you must register by Friday, 1st May 2026 at 5:00 pm AEST.
Only one registration per account is permitted.

How can I purchase Accessible tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through the Event Page when the sale commences. Fan's with accessible requirements will still need to register for the sale before the cut-off. Only one registration per account is permitted.
How do I access the sale?
On Tuesday, 5th May 2026 from 9:45 am AEST, head to the Event Page and enter the Waiting Room. When you enter, you’ll be prompted to sign into your Ticketmaster Account if you aren't already. If the email associated with your account matches the one used to register before the cut-off, you’ll be granted access.
At 10:00 am AEST, the sale will begin. All eligible fans in the Waiting Room will be randomly placed in the queue for a chance to secure tickets. No code is required.
Prior to the Sale
We recommend:
- Signing into your Ticketmaster Account early.
- Confirm your email, phone number, and residential address is up to date in your account.
- Keep an eye out for an SMS from Ticketmaster. You may be required to provide a one-time password to enter the Waiting Room.
During the Sale
We recommend:
- Use only one device, browser and tab. Using multiple can cause errors.
- Check that your internet connection is secure. Don’t refresh the page. Doing so may result in you being flagged as a bot.
- Ticket availability changes as fans complete their orders. Don't refresh the page, it will update automatically.
What are you doing to keep access to tickets fair?
This show is expected to be in high demand. Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- There is a ticket limit of 2 per person. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
- Ticket Transfer will not be available. For bookings made in pairs, both attendees must enter the venue together. If transacting for others (such as a parent transacting for children), the lead booker must be present to scan their guests into the venue.
Can I transfer or sell my ticket?
Ticket Transfer and Resale aren't available for KATSEYE. The only way to know your tickets are authentic is to buy directly from Ticketmaster. These tickets will always be 100% authentic. We can't verify tickets bought from a third-party.
If you see tickets for sale on third party websites, please be aware that the seller can't transfer these tickets and you may not be able to enter the event.
Can I still access the sale if I didn't register?
The sale is only available to fans who register before the cut off. If you didn't register before the cut-off you won't be able to access the sale.
Accessing your mobile tickets
For this event tickets are mobile-only. You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand, even without internet connection. Visit our help page for more information.
The Event Organiser will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event.
I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.
If your event is within 48 hours, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.
