When do these terms and conditions apply?
These terms apply if you purchase an Added Value Ticket for the Event.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
1. What is an Added Value Ticket?
An ‘Added Value Ticket’ includes:
(a) admission to the Event; and
(b) an Event-day food and beverage inclusion issued by the Issuer (as defined below) for use at participating food and beverage outlets at the Venue during the Event (F&B Inclusion).
The F&B Inclusion is accessible by a separate QR code, available through your Event ticket in the Ticketmaster app.
Ticketmaster sells Added Value Tickets on behalf of and as agent for the Issuer. The Issuer issues the F&B Inclusion and is responsible for making it available for redemption through its point-of-sale system. Ticketmaster is not the supplier of any food or beverage items purchased using the F&B Inclusion.
The Event-specific details for your Added Value Ticket are set out in the table in clause 2. The table forms part of these terms. If a term is defined in the table, that definition applies throughout these terms.
2. Added Value details
The details of the Added Value Ticket are:
| Item | Details |
| Event | Cox Plate – General Admission, Hill Stand, Lawn Stand, 10:00am - 11:00pm, 24 October 2026 |
| Venue | Flemington Racecourse |
| Issuer | Victoria Racing Club |

| Participating outlets | Issuer to advise by email |
| Excluded items | Issuer to advise by email |
The F&B Inclusion value shown above is the maximum amount available to be applied toward eligible food and beverage purchases using the F&B Inclusion. It does not guarantee the availability of any particular food or beverage item.
References in these terms to the Event day mean the day, session or period for the Event during which the F&B Inclusion can be used, as specified in the table above.
3. Using the F&B Inclusion
The F&B Inclusion may only be used:
(a) at participating food and beverage outlets at the Venue;
(b) on the Event day;
(c) through the QR code made available with your Added Value Ticket; and
(d) for eligible food and beverage items.
Eligible food and beverage items are food and beverage items available for purchase at participating outlets, excluding any items identified as excluded in the table in clause 2 or otherwise disclosed to you before you complete your purchase.
You may use the F&B Inclusion across multiple transactions during the Event day until the F&B Inclusion value is used in full. If you make a purchase that exceeds the remaining available F&B Inclusion value, you may pay the balance using another payment method accepted by the relevant outlet.
4. Limits on use
The F&B Inclusion forms part of the Added Value Ticket. It is provided only as an inclusion of the Added Value Ticket for the Event. The F&B Inclusion is not sold separately, cannot be separated from the Added Value Ticket, cannot be transferred independently of the Added Value Ticket, cannot be topped up or reloaded, and is not redeemable for cash.
The F&B Inclusion is not intended to operate as a gift card, stored value card, prepaid card, cash equivalent or general payment instrument.
The F&B Inclusion:
- may only be used for eligible food and beverage purchases at participating outlets at the Venue on the Event day;
- cannot be exchanged for another product, service, ticket, credit or voucher;
- cannot be used at any other event, venue or date; and
- cannot be used after the Event day.
Any unused F&B Inclusion amount is no longer available after the Event day, except where you are entitled to a refund or other remedy under these terms, the Ticketmaster Australia Purchase Policy, any applicable Event-specific terms, the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
5. Availability and service conditions
Use of the F&B Inclusion is subject to outlet opening times, Venue operations, product availability, queue times, applicable laws, Venue policies and reasonable directions from Venue or outlet staff. This does not limit any entitlement you may have to a refund or other remedy if you are unable to redeem the F&B Inclusion for reasons outside your control.
No particular food or beverage item is guaranteed to be available.
If alcohol is available for purchase using the F&B Inclusion, service of alcohol is subject to responsible service of alcohol requirements, proof of age, Venue policies and staff discretion.
6. Resale and transfer
Added Value Tickets may only be resold or transferred in accordance with the Ticketmaster Australia Purchase Policy.
If an Added Value Ticket is resold or transferred through an authorised Ticketmaster resale or transfer channel for the relevant Event, the F&B Inclusion will transfer with the Added Value Ticket and will be available to the holder of the valid Added Value Ticket, subject to these terms.
The F&B Inclusion cannot be sold, transferred or assigned separately from the Added Value Ticket.
If an Added Value Ticket is resold or transferred other than through an authorised Ticketmaster resale or transfer channel for the relevant Event, the F&B Inclusion may not be available to the buyer or transferee. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Refunds
Your Added Value Ticket, including the F&B Inclusion, is not refundable for change of mind. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or other remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, the Ticketmaster Australia Purchase Policy or any applicable Event-specific terms.
8. Other terms
Your Added Value Ticket is also subject to the Ticketmaster Australia Purchase Policy, the applicable Event terms, the Venue conditions of entry and any other terms disclosed to you before you complete your purchase.
If these terms are inconsistent with Event-specific terms disclosed to you, the Event-specific terms apply to the extent of the inconsistency, unless prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or other remedy available under the Ticketmaster Australia Purchase Policy, the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria.
