Do I have to sell all of my tickets?
You have the flexibility to sell all or just some of your tickets. To select specific tickets, click Sell or tap Sell and Sell Your Tickets in the app and select the box next to the desired tickets. A check mark will appear in the box when selected.
Why can’t I sell my tickets through my Ticketmaster Account?
If you don't have the option to sell your tickets, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The Event Organiser or artist hasn't activated Resale.
- You're under the age of 18 years old.
- Your tickets are a part of a package (VIP, Hotel, Parking, Album or Merchandise)
- You purchased the tickets from Resale.
- You received your tickets by Ticket Transfer.
- You booked tickets through one of our partner sites, such as Moshtix.
- If your tickets aren't Mobile Tickets (Print-at-home).
- The event is within 4-7 hours.
- You booked tickets over the telephone.
Resale may become available closer to the event, so we recommend keeping an eye on your order in your Ticketmaster Account.
If your order includes accessible or associated companion card tickets contact Fan Support.
When is the Resale deadline?
- Listings for events in VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, TAS, NT and SA are removed approximately 4 hours before an event takes place.
- Listings for events in WA are removed approximately 7 hours before an event takes place.
What happens if the Resale deadline passes and my tickets haven't sold?
- You'll receive an email to let you know your Resale listing has been removed.
- Any tickets that haven’t sold by the Resale deadline return to your account so you can use them.
- Unsold tickets aren’t eligible for refunds.
- If you choose to use your tickets while they’re still listed, you must remove the resale listing first.
Can I sell my tickets if I live outside of Australia?
Yes, you can sell your tickets with our payment provider Hyperwallet. You can nominate an International bank account or PayPal account as your payment method.
When listing tickets you’ll be able to select your country and any currency from the drop down list. This can also be changed before or after listing tickets in the My Profile section of your account, under Seller Details.
If your tickets sell, you’ll be paid in the currency associated with your location by default. Exchange rate fees may apply.
Why can’t I see my General Admission Resale tickets on the website?
Standing tickets, also known as General Admission (GA) Resale tickets, show as Best Available on our site.
You can sell your tickets using your personal link.
Find your tickets in your Ticketmaster Account and select the Share Listing option on your listed ticket(s). You can share directly on Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp or Email. Alternatively, you can copy the link and paste it anywhere you wish.
