To change your listing, cancel and relist your tickets for a different price at any time before your tickets sell. You can relist them up until tickets for the event are taken off sale, which is usually 4-7 hours before the event depending on where the event is being held.
To remove your listing, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Find your listing.
- Select Cancel Listing under your tickets.
- Confirm that you want to remove your listing and it will be taken down shortly.
If you've purchased additional add-ons (such as gift wrap/donations/parking/collector tickets) or additional international delivery, these can't be included in your listing price. When listing your tickets, we’ll always tell you the maximum your tickets can be listed for, which allows for the deduction of our Seller Fee.
You can’t remove a listing after the tickets have sold.
