Tickets purchased at outlets can't be sent to you through Print-at-Home or Mobile delivery. If you've purchased tickets online and selected outlet or venue collection, you'll need to head to your closest Ticketmaster Outlet to collect your tickets.
If you've purchased your tickets at a Ticketmaster Outlet, the outlet staff will print out your tickets for you at the time of purchase, except in the instance where there is a Printing Delay. In this case, you'll need to return to the outlet once the printing delay has been lifted to collect your tickets.
