In Demand Tickets give fans the opportunity to secure tickets in sought after areas, while enabling the Event Organiser to price tickets closer to their true market value.
The availability and price of In Demand Tickets are decided by the Event Organiser. As the ticketing agent, Ticketmaster facilitates the selling of these tickets on behalf of the Event Organiser. If they’re available, In Demand Tickets can only be purchased online.
How are my tickets delivered?
In Demand Tickets are Mobile Tickets that can be accessed and managed from the Ticketmaster App. Before leaving for your event, we recommend adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
Depending on the event, there may be a delivery delay in place. If this is the case, your ticket will become available closer to the event. You’ll see your order but won’t have access to the ticket barcode until this time. If you can't see a ticket barcode two days before the event, please contact Fan Support.
Can I transfer In Demand Tickets?
Yes, if the Event Organiser has made Ticket Transfer available for the event. Visit our help page for step-by-step instructions.
Secure Tickets originally purchased or included with the ticket are not transferable. Secure Tickets will not apply to transferred tickets.
Can I sell In Demand Tickets?
Yes, if the Event Organiser has made Resale available for the event. Visit our help page for step-by-step instructions.
All sales using resale are subject to the Resale Terms and Conditions.
Are there any other elements included with my In Demand ticket purchase?
Typically, there are no additional elements to an In Demand Ticket purchase. An In Demand Ticket isn’t a VIP ticket and doesn’t include any VIP inclusions, unless specifically stated.
Why can’t I buy In Demand Tickets for certain events?
In Demand Tickets aren’t available for all events. The availability of these tickets is determined by the Event Organiser.
Are In Demand Tickets Resale tickets?
Unless specifically stated, In Demand Tickets aren’t Resale tickets, they’re primary tickets being sold for the first time. When using the interactive seat map keep this colour key in mind:
- Blue means the section has tickets that match your search.
- The pink resale logo with two circling arrows means the ticket is being sold by other fans.
