What are In Demand Tickets?
In Demand Tickets are tickets to concerts and other events made available by artists and event organisers through Ticketmaster. They give fans fair and safe access to sought after seats at market driven prices.
Are In Demand Tickets Resale tickets?
No, these are not resale tickets. In Demand Tickets are tickets offering sought after views and seats from Ticketmaster. The prices are adjusted according to supply and demand. The goal is to give fans fair and safe access to the best tickets while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true market value.
Why can’t I buy In Demand Tickets for certain events?
In Demand Tickets are not available for all events. Be sure to check Ticketmaster often as new events are continually being added to ensure our fans are given the opportunity to purchase in demand views and seats!
How are my tickets delivered?
Depending on the event, Ticketmaster In Demand offers Print-at-Home, Venue Pickup, Standard or Courier Mail. Please take into consideration any print delays (available in your Order Confirmation) before submitting a request.
What is the current price per ticket?
The price you pay is the original price of the ticket. In Demand Tickets were not purchased initially and then posted for resale; they are being sold for the first time through Ticketmaster In Demand on behalf of the artist or event provider.
Other amounts or fees may also be included or added on top of the Current Price. If additional amounts are added on top of the Current Price, they will be displayed on the website before you complete your purchase.
When are my tickets going to be dispatched?
Ticketmaster In Demand aims to post all tickets within 7-10 days of the event date, unless stated otherwise at the time of your booking. If you have a confirmation number for your order, your tickets are likely on their way. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Some types of tickets have posting restrictions, including:
- International Mail Customers - If we can't post the tickets to you in time, delivery through the post will not be an option in the booking process, and international customers will be asked to pick up tickets at the box office.
Are there any other elements included with my In Demand ticket purchase?
Typically, there are no additional elements to a Ticketmaster In Demand Ticket purchase. Please contact us in advance of making a purchase if you require any further information or clarification. Unless the event you have purchased a ticket for has been cancelled or rescheduled, or there are legal requirements that provide otherwise (including those of the Australian Consumer Law), tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Can I update my delivery address after purchasing tickets?
Please contact us within 48 hours of your order and confirm your order number and the last 4 digits of the credit card used at the time of purchase. Please note that while we cannot guarantee the update, if you contact us asap we may be able to put a hold on your tickets being despatched to the wrong address.
