How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets for Optus Stadium and Marvel Stadium can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster is the only authorised seller of Ed Sheeran tickets for Optus Stadium and Marvel Stadium. If you purchase through an unauthorised seller, purchases are made at your own risk.

What are the age restrictions?
Marvel Stadium
Marvel Stadium is a licensed all ages venue. All patrons must hold a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age.
Optus Stadium
Optus Stadium is a licensed all ages venue. Children 12 years and under will not be admitted without a parent or guardian (16 years or older) and must remain with them at all times. Access to General Admission areas of the Arena is recommended for patrons aged 15 years and over. All patrons must hold a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age.
Accessible tickets
Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Website, or by submitting a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre following these steps:
- From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
- Then select Ed Sheeran - Loop Tour as the event name.
Alternatively, you can call our Accessible Seating Line on 1300 446 925, available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm AEDT. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.

Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details in the Ticketmaster App.
This event is using mobile entry, so your phone is your ticket. Before leaving for your event, we recommend adding your ticket to a digital wallet, or accessing your ticket in the app to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue. Download the Ticketmaster App to access and manage your order.
To find your tickets, follow these steps:
- Open your Ticketmaster App.
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Tap My Tickets and find your order.
- Tap View Tickets to access your tickets. We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand even without internet connection.
- Present your tickets to get scanned for entry and you’re in!

I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.
If your event is within three days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.
Event entry requirements
This event has a lead booker policy in place, which requires that the holder of the card used to purchase the tickets, also known as the lead booker, will need to attend the event in person.
Upon arrival at the show, you'll be required to present your ticket to scan into the venue. Your mobile ticket can be found in the Ticketmaster App, or you can add them to your mobile wallet. We recommend adding your ticket to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand, even without internet connection.
You'll be required to produce a valid form of photo ID that matches the name of the person who purchased the ticket. This name will be visible on each ticket.
Accepted forms of Photo ID are:
- Driver Licence or Learner Permit (from any country), including Digital Driver Licences
- Passport (from any country)
- KEYPASS Photo ID Card or Keypass in Digital ID
- Any other recognised Proof/Evidence of Age/Identity or Photo Card.
All acceptable forms of ID must be written in English or, if not written in English, then accompanied by an official English translation.
For a foreign Driver Licence not written in English, an International Driver Permit issued in the foreign country of origin, including a photo of the licence holder and translation should be presented.
