When will the waiting room open?
For all Pre-Sales the waiting room will open 30 minutes before the Pre-Sale begins. When the Pre-Sale begins, fans in the waiting room are assigned a spot in line. Once you reach the end of the queue you’ll be able to purchase tickets.
Will there be other ways to buy tickets?
Yes, fans can purchase tickets during the General Sale which will begin Thursday, 13 August at 12:00 pm AEST. You can purchase up to 50 tickets during the General Sale.
We reserve the right to cancel your orders and tickets, and to prevent you, without notice, from making future purchases on our site if you try to exceed the posted ticket limits.
Accessing your mobile tickets
Your scannable Australian Open 2027 ticket will appear in your Ticketmaster Account in late November 2026. We'll email you as soon as they're ready. You’ll see your order but won't have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
This event is using mobile entry, so your phone is your ticket. Download the Ticketmaster App to access and manage your order. Before leaving for your event, we recommend adding your ticket to a mobile wallet, or accessing your ticket in the app to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
To find your tickets, follow these steps:
- Open your Ticketmaster App.
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Tap My Tickets and find your order.
- Tap View Tickets to access your tickets. We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand, even without internet connection.
- Present your tickets to get scanned for entry and you’re in.

I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
It may take a moment for your order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.
If your event is within three days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, please submit a query to Fan Support. Alternatively, you can call our team on 1300 308 999, available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm AEST.

Ticket information
I've purchased a Night Arena ticket, what time can I enter the park?
If you purchased a Night Arena ticket, you can enter the park from 5:00 pm. This ticket doesn't include entry before 5:00 pm. If you'd like to enter the park earlier, you'll also need to purchase a Day Ground Pass for the same day.
Transferring or selling your tickets
All additional add ons and Secure Tickets originally purchased or included with the ticket are not transferable. Secure Tickets will not apply to transferred tickets.
