Harry Styles will perform 2 shows at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, and 2 shows at Accor Stadium in Sydney. Age restrictions may apply, so visit the official Marvel Stadium and Accor Stadium websites to learn more.

Album Pre-Order Presale

Fans who pre-order Harry Styles’ new album by Saturday, January 24 11:59PM Local Venue Time will receive a Presale code before the sale.

The code, along with all show details will be sent to the email address that you used when making your album purchase.

How do I access the Album Pre-Order Presale for the show dates?

This presale is exclusively for show dates in Amsterdam, London, Melbourne and Sydney. Fans who pre-order Harry Styles’ new album, will receive a Presale code from the official store. In order to be eligible for the Presale, fans must pre-order the album from Harry Styles’ official store* by Saturday, January 24 11:59PM Local Venue Time.

When will I get my presale access code?
If you purchased an album from Harry Styles’ Australia, UK or Netherlands official store, you will receive an email from the official store by Sunday, January 25 containing your Presale code, a link to the Presale and details of the tour.

How many tickets can I purchase during the Album Pre-Order Presale?

One code is issued per customer, Fans may purchase a maximum of eight (8) tickets per show with their code.

I’ve pre-ordered the album, but I have not received my code yet, why?

You should receive your code from the official store by Sunday, January 25. Please check both your inbox and junk folders carefully to locate this email. If you have not received this code, please contact Harry Styles’ official store:

My code’s not working, what should I do?

If your code is not working, please check you have typed it in exactly as it appears in the email sent to you and ensure you have not exceeded the ticket limit.

If you’re still encountering issues with your code, visit the official site to find contact information.

If I order more than one album format, will I get additional codes?

One code is issued per customer. Fans may purchase a maximum of eight (8) tickets per show with their code. 

Do I need a code to access the General Onsale?
No, to access the General Onsale, you may join the queue by signing into your Ticketmaster Account.

Accessible tickets

Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Website, or by submitting a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre following these steps:

1. From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
2. Then select Harry Styles: Together, Together as the event name.

Alternatively, you can call our Accessible Seating Line on 1300 446 925, available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm AEDT. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.

Ticket Delivery 

Tickets for these shows will be mobile-only. To access your tickets for entry you must download the Ticketmaster App or add your tickets directly to your mobile wallet.

I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?

It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.

If your event is within three days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.

Age restrictions

MELBOURNE - MARVEL STADIUM 

This concert is a Licensed All Ages event, and every patron regardless of age must hold a valid ticket. Access to General Admission areas on the Arena is recommended for patrons aged 15 years and over. 

SYDNEY - ACCOR STADIUM

This concert is a Licensed All Ages event, and every patron regardless of age must hold a valid ticket. General Admission standing areas are recommended for patrons aged 15 years and over. Sightlines may be affected by other patrons standing, and the area may not be suitable for younger children. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (18+) and remain under their direct supervision while in the General Admission area.
