Important information for ticket sales
Where and when is the game?
The NFL 2026 Melbourne Game will be held at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Friday, 11th September 2026 with a 10:35 am AEST kick-off.
How many tickets can I purchase per transaction?
- General Access: up to 6 tickets per transaction.
- Hospitality: up to 10 tickets per transaction.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
Yes. Children under two years of age are generally admitted free to the MCG, provided they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. If a Reserved seat is required for a child under two, a valid ticket must be purchased. All children aged 2 years and older must have a valid ticket.
What does Restricted View mean?
There is a small range of tickets at the venue that are flagged as Restricted View due to the angle of the seats, or other unavoidable restrictions.
Will there be seats with weather protection?
As this venue has an open roof it's considered an outdoor event. There may be areas in the stadium that are covered by the overhang of the level above, but weather protection isn't guaranteed.
Are there travel and accommodation packages?
Yes, Ticket + Hotel packages are available through Sportsnet Holidays, combining your game ticket with accommodation.

What is the difference between General Access and Hospitality?
General Access
- General Access is an allocated seat only.
- Standing room start from $95 per person.
- General Tickets start from $140 per person.

Hospitality
- Hospitality includes a premium seat, as well as food and beverage at one of the MCG's iconic hospitality venues.
- Hospitality packages start from $1,600 per person.

Will there be fan events?
Fan events and activation's surrounding the NFL Melbourne game will be announced at a later date.
Presale
Partner Presales begin on Wednesday, 1st April at 9:00 am AEDT.
American Express Card Members get first access from Wednesday, 1st April until Monday, 6th April. Maximum 6 tickets per Card Member, while supplies last. Please refer to Amex channels for further information.
Information on team and fan club Presales is available through each team's individual channels. Presale ticket limits and eligibility requirements vary by partner, check directly with your relevant team or fan club for details.
When will the waiting room open?
For all Presales, the waiting room will open 30 minutes before the Presale begins. When the Presale begins, fans in the waiting room are assigned a spot in line. Once you reach the end of the queue you’ll be able to purchase tickets.
Will there be other ways to purchase tickets?
Yes, more tickets will be released in the General Access Public Sale which begins on Wednesday, 8th April 2026 at 10:00 am AEST. You can purchase up to 6 tickets during the General Access Public Sale including Companion Card tickets.
Accessible tickets
Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Website, or by submitting a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre following these steps:
- From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
- Then select Los Angeles Rams v San Francisco 49ers as the event name.
Alternatively, you can call our Accessible Booking Line on 1300 446 925, available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm AEDT. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible tickets will vary by venue. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.

Hospitality Packages
All hospitality packages are sold through Ticketmaster. Each room offers a different game day experience. Review the full hospitality guide through the Ticketmaster website to find the package that best suits your group.
When do Hospitality Packages go on sale?
The Hospitality General Sale begins on Tuesday, 7th April 2026 at 10:00 am AEST. The ticket limit is 10, including any Companion Card tickets.
Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organiser will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event, approximately one month prior. You’ll see your order but won't have access to the ticket barcode until this time.

I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.
If your event is within three days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.
