This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
Accessible tickets
Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Website, or by submitting a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre following these steps:
- From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
- Then select Post Malone’s BIG ASS World Tour - With Don Toliver as the event name.
Alternatively, you can call our Accessible Booking Line on 1300 446 925, available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm AEST.
Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible tickets will vary by venue. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.

Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster App. The Event Organiser will make the scannable ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but won't have access to the ticket barcode until this time. We recommend adding your tickets to a mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand, even without internet connection.
I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.
If your event is within three days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact Fan Support.
VIP Packages
Post Malone is offering several VIP package options. You can find the full details on the Post Malone’s BIG ASS World Tour - With Don Toliver Event Page or search for them while you pick your tickets by selecting Filters and checking the box next to the star icon. The VIP details page may not appear if the packages have sold out. VIP Package items are subject to change by the Event Organiser.

Age restrictions
All patrons must hold a valid ticket regardless of age. General Admission Standing Areas are standing room only areas. Sight lines may be affected by other patrons standing and may not be suitable for children.
Marvel Stadium, Melbourne
- Fans aged 15 years and under should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Fans under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times within the Stadium.

- Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (18+).
- Access to General Admission areas on the Arena is recommended for fans aged 15 years and over.
