Ticket limits
You may purchase a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction during the Artist Presale and the General Onsale.
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
Presale eligibility
Artist Presale
All fans who sign up by Sunday, 30th August, 11:59 pm AEST at https://livemu.sc/brunomars can join the Artist Presale. The day before the Presale, we’ll email you a link to access the Presale.
When you join the waiting room you’ll be prompted to sign into your Ticketmaster Account. There’s no code needed and the queue will recognise your account. Visit our help page for more information.
When will the waiting room open?
The waiting room will open 30 minutes before the Artist Presale begins. When the Presale begins, fans in the waiting room are assigned a spot in line. Once you reach the end of the queue you’ll be able to purchase tickets. Visit our help page for more information.
For a smoother shopping experience we recommend:
- Check your Ticketmaster Account details are up to date, and have an accepted payment method ready.
- Use one account, one device, and one browser to join the queue.
- If you’re looking at tickets for multiple dates, you can use multiple tabs to join each individual sale once. Don’t use multiple tabs for one date.
- Make sure your internet connection is safe and secure.
- Keep your screen active and don’t refresh. Your page will update automatically when you enter the queue.

Yes, more tickets will be released in the General Onsale, start times vary by venue. You can purchase up to 6 tickets per transaction during the General Onsale.
Accessible tickets
Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Website, or by submitting a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre following these steps:
- From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
- Then select Bruno Mars - The Romantic Tour as the event name.
Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible tickets will vary by venue. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.

Ticket delivery
Tickets for these shows will be mobile-only. To access your tickets for entry you must download the Ticketmaster App or add your tickets directly to your mobile wallet. Screenshots of tickets won’t be accepted for entry. Before leaving for your event, we recommend adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
There is a delivery delay in place until Sunday, 13th December 2026. You’ll see your order but won’t have access to your ticket barcodes until this time.

Transferring or selling your tickets
You can transfer your tickets to others before the event from your order. Click or tap the Transfer button and select the tickets you’d like to transfer. Visit our help page for step-by-step instructions and more information on the process.
Secure Tickets originally purchased or included with the ticket are not transferable. Secure Tickets will not apply to transferred tickets.
Resale will be made available for this event. When it is, you can sell your tickets from your order. Click or tap the Sell button and select the tickets you would like to sell. Visit our help page for step-by-step instructions and more information on the process.
