Accessible tickets
Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketmaster Website, or by submitting a request through the Ticketmaster Help Centre following these steps:
- From the dropdown menu, select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
- Then select Bruno Mars - The Romantic Tour as the event name.
Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a ticket, availability and type of accessible tickets will vary by venue. A Ticketmaster representative will be in touch if further information is required.

Ticket delivery
Tickets for these shows will be mobile-only. To access your tickets for entry you must download the Ticketmaster App or add your tickets directly to your mobile wallet. Screenshots of tickets won’t be accepted for entry. Before leaving for your event, we recommend adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
There is a delivery delay in place until Sunday, 13th December 2026. You’ll see your order but won’t have access to your ticket barcodes until this time.

Transferring or selling your tickets
